Admissions Checklist

  1. A personal interview. We’d prefer to meet you in person, but a telephone interview is acceptable under certain circumstances, please call the admissions office to schedule.
  2. Completed and signed application.
  3. A $100 application fee. Payable to Portfolio Center.
  4. Photocopy of your college or high school diploma, or two years of college transcripts.
  5. Creative or portfolio samples. (10 –12 samples)
  6. A personal essay. Tell us who you are and what ideas interest you most. (500-1000 words)
  7. Upon acceptance: A $250 pre-registration fee is due to reserve your space. (Class size is limited.)
  8. International/foreign students: You must also pass the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 500 or better or satisfactorily demonstrate your English language verbal skills during interviews.
